Known for his expertise in estimating IT and software-intensive programs, he has made invaluable contributions to many programs within the Department of Defense (DoD) and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). His commitment to excellence and dedication to staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices has earned him a reputation as a trusted authority in the field of cost estimation.
Brad Clark
Industry FellowBrad Clark, an Industry Fellow at Galorath Federal Inc., specializes in using data analysis and machine learning to help leaders make informed decisions about complex projects, evaluate research, assess outcomes, and develop strategic plans. After earning his Ph.D. in Computer Science from USC, he focused on the field of software cost estimation, co-authoring two books including the COCOMO II model. He leads the Boehm Center for Systems and Software Engineering which carries on the legacy of Dr. Barry Boehm.
Keith joined Galorath in 2003 as Training and Consultancy Manager after a 25-year career at Westland Helicopters Ltd, where he was Chief Estimator. With expertise in cost estimation, cost analysis, and control, Keith brings a methodical approach to identifying cost savings. A skilled communicator, he delivers global SEER tool training, consults on cost engineering, supports international sales, and leads product demos. His technical insight and dedication to client support have been crucial in optimizing project outcomes for Galorath’s clients worldwide.
Dan Kennedy is a Tech Fellow for the SEER for Manufacturing suite at Galorath Incorporated, with over 30 years of experience in the manufacturing industry. He is part of Galorath’s Estimating Services Group, offering cost estimating and strategic consulting across the product lifecycle. Previously, Dan held senior positions at ITT Exelis (now Harris), managing a $25M composites facility and leading major aerospace programs like the Sikorsky King Stallion (CH53K). His expertise includes operations, program management, and proposal development in aerospace, defense, and commercial sectors.
Isla Kim is a dedicated Data Analyst supporting Galorath’s AI Solutions Practice. She is committed to driving impactful changes through data and is known for her adaptability and enthusiasm for new approaches. With hands-on experience across various industries, Isla has delivered enterprise-level insights and data-driven recommendations for Army software sustainment costs management. Isla holds a B.S. in Management Information Systems from George Mason University and is pursuing an M.S
Charles Orlando is the Chief Marketing Officer at Galorath Incorporated. A visionary, serial entrepreneur, and five-time bestselling author, Charles has spent nearly three decades at the forefront of B2B, B2C, and SaaS innovation. Charles earned his BA in English from UC Berkeley, his Masters in English Studies (with a focus on AI in the Humanities) from Arizona State University and brings a unique blend of practical experience and forward-thinking insights in technology and artificial intelligence.
Dr. Christopher Rush is the Manager of Manufacturing Products at Galorath Incorporated. He began his educational journey with a Bachelor’s in Production Engineering from Brunel University. He obtained a Master’s degree in IT for Manufacturing and a PhD in Integrating Quantitative and Qualitative Knowledge for Cost Model Engineering from Cranfield University. He joined the Galorath development team in 2002, managing multiple cost model developments including SEER for Manufacturing, SEER-3D, and SEER for CATIA products.
Esteban is a senior software and hardware consultant from Galorath. He has an engineering degree in electronics and a masters in IT administration and project management. Esteban is a recognized expert on software and hardware sizing and estimation. He is the chair of IFPUG Sizing Standards Committee, PMP and Scrum Master certified. More importantly, Esteban has collected lots of experience and knowledge by helping customers around the world do estimates.
