For more than 45 years, Galorath has equipped teams to plan with confidence, model with accuracy, and act with speed. The Galorath platform combines trusted SEER® logic, intelligent SEERai™ workflows and expert services to deliver real-world outcomes across complex, mission-critical programs.
Galorath was founded in 1979 with a clear mission: bring clarity and structure to the complex world of project estimation. What began as a consulting practice evolved into a modeling platform trusted across government and industry for cost, schedule and risk planning.
That foundation remains, but the world has changed. So have we.
Galorath now delivers an AI-powered business operations platform. SEER® continues to serve as the analytical core for complex program modeling. SEERai™, our intelligent orchestration layer, enables real-time workflows, scenario planning, and traceable WBS alignment. Together, they deliver a platform built for fast, defensible decisions across the full project lifecycle.
Across aerospace, defense, IT, and manufacturing, we blend analytical rigor with automation, transparency and scale to help mission-critical programs move with confidence.
Two foundational principles guide our every step:
User-Centric Design: Every feature & function should be intuitive and user-friendly.
Continual Improvement: Each version of our product must surpass its predecessor.
Galorath Services supports organizations from implementation to impact. Behind the platform is a team of former estimators, engineers and strategists who provide tailored guidance to help teams model confidently, adopt faster, and reduce risk at every stage.
Whether you're configuring SEERai, preparing a high-stakes proposal or scaling estimation across teams, our experts work alongside you to integrate the platform into real-world planning, forecasting, and delivery.
We combine technical depth with practical insight to help you move faster and build confidence in every decision.
