Brad Clark

Industry Fellow

Brad Clark, an Industry Fellow at Galorath Federal Inc., specializes in using data analysis and machine learning to help leaders make informed decisions about complex projects, evaluate research, assess outcomes, and develop strategic plans. After earning his Ph.D. in Computer Science from USC, he focused on the field of software cost estimation, co-authoring two books including the COCOMO II model. He leads the Boehm Center for Systems and Software Engineering which carries on the legacy of Dr. Barry Boehm.

He is part of Galorath’s Estimating Services Group, offering cost estimating and strategic consulting across the product lifecycle. Previously, Dan held senior positions at ITT Exelis (now Harris), managing a $25M composites facility and leading major aerospace programs like the Sikorsky King Stallion (CH53K). His expertise includes operations, program management, and proposal development in aerospace, defense, and commercial sectors.

Dr. Christopher Rush

Dr. Christopher Rush is the Manager of Manufacturing Products at Galorath Incorporated. He began his educational journey with a Bachelor’s in Production Engineering from Brunel University. He obtained a Master’s degree in IT for Manufacturing and a PhD in Integrating Quantitative and Qualitative Knowledge for Cost Model Engineering from Cranfield University. He joined the Galorath development team in 2002, managing multiple cost model developments including SEER for Manufacturing, SEER-3D, and SEER for CATIA products.
