The Art and Science of Cost Modeling
As the statistician George Box once said, “All models are wrong, but some are useful”. Development of cost models involves reliance on correct application of statistics. But – this is not a cut-and-dried mechanical process. In this presentation we discuss the cost modeling process, and discuss a variety of considerations.
